  • Experienced Farm Vet Opportunity – ProStock Vets, Carmarthenshire

    ProStock Vets is a progressive, farm-only veterinary practice headquartered in Carmarthen, with additional branches in Cardigan, Lampeter, Llangadog, and Whitland. The practice is located in a cattle-dense region, offering easy access to the Brecon Beacons, the Pembrokeshire coast, and major cities such as Swansea and Cardiff.
    The team is seeking an experienced veterinary surgeon to join its expanding workforce, which currently includes 30 clinical vets, 2 TB testers, and a growing vet-tech department. The caseload is predominantly dairy-focused, complemented by seasonal beef and sheep work. ProStock Vets prides itself on embracing advanced technology, providing services such as laparoscopic surgery, embryo transfer in cattle and sheep, parlour testing, and advanced data interpretation tools.

  • Veterinary Support Assistant Vacancy - Synergy Farm Health, Lympstone, Exmouth, Devon

    Synergy Farm Health is a progressive, dedicated farm animal veterinary practice seeking a full-time Support Assistant to be based at its Lympstone practice. The successful candidate will work alongside a veterinary team providing services to clients in Devon.
    The practice is looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to complement its busy support team. The role will involve administrative duties, some reception responsibilities, delivery driving, and supporting the teams across the dispensing and clinical areas of the practice.
    The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while prioritising tasks effectively. Teamwork is essential. An understanding of and experience in the veterinary or farming field would be advantageous. Flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate.
